CR620 (MS-16881) turn on once for 2sec and then die

hi guys
i have another weird problem again

when i plud ac,board turned on immediately,everything is true,even show display,but just for 2sec
and then it dies
just +3/5VALW is on

not respond to power key
when i press PWR_SW nothing happen on PM_PWR_BTN#
but when i manually connect PM_PWR_BTN# to GND it turned on for secends and die again
i program Bios&EC
i replace KBC but no change

there is no diffrence with or without cpu

i hope someone help me

The laptop turns off probably because a RUN voltage is not present after power-on.
you have to check if all the powergood signals are OK after power-on.
Specifically, pin17 of KBC.
However, you have about 2 seconds to check these signals and voltages.

problem was here
PWR_SW# was 0.3V
i replace R35


nowPWR_SW#=3.3V and it works

hi all.... this post is old, but I have some weird failure with same model (MS-1681) Laptop is powering on, everything is fine... then turns off suddenly while is booting up, and after pressing power button nothing happens... I realize that testing it without HDD , booting Windows PE thru USB the laptop keeps on... even I have stressed it with CPU-z and everything is fine... when I put back HDD again goes off... (also tryed with others HDD).. question: I´m assuming the issue is on SATA controller or HDD power controller. Someone could share its experience with it ? thank you

i would check the hdd connector for short .
