HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw2073TU no power

Hi, I've got hp spectre 13-aw2073tu with no power, laptop was after liquid damage, however liquid get just near power button, laptop now does not power on stuck on 20v 0-0.10amp, element from the photo gets hots 40-50 degree and goes off after 1-2sec, and restarts. Power light - white, 3.3v on the power button.

LJ= Richtek RT6258CGQUF .Check that row of 4 caps, one might be shorted making the chip hot.

Problem was with shorted one cap and regulator LJ needed replacing as well. Thanks
