820-3437 A1466 MBA Missing P5VS4RS3_EN U7600

Hi I had all rails up but no PP5V_S5 problem was no SMC_PM_G2_EN I replace SMC reball I now have--- PP5V_S5 @5v and P5VP3V3_VREF2 @ 2v

I check down rails next PP5V_S4RS3 on C7600 Fan turns on with meter probes only touching for few seconds all rails come up , all caps resistors around U7600 same thing fan runs with only meter touching for a 4 seconds and stops.

I had green to orange light before and after I change SMC.

When I test at Pin 12 of U7600 fan turn on for as long as I leave meter probes to.

U7501 Pin 21 gives P3V3S5_EN_R 3.3v but P5VS4RS3_EN 0v? PCH PM_SLP_S4_L bad ? or U7600 maybe?
