Dell 3521 Power on, No display, No beep

Dell 3521 power on, Fan working, No display, No beep sound. I checked Screen. I doubt on bios but i dont have bios chip reader/ writer. Can i flash bios through usb drive without display ? anyone having any ideas

its better to have a programmer .but dell 3521 has in built ec bios as well.

I replaced Programmed bios chip. But still the same problem.

I checked the LED connector. So the led power on connector pin 40 is not giving any voltage. But the schematic says it should be there.

I would replace southbridge.switch on and touch with your finger to see if it gets hot.

It's having only one chipset. southbridge combined with CPU. I checked its voltages and it is ok.

oh my brodher very esy problem check the cpu supply no hit the cpu and no display REFLOW A CPU IC PROPARLY PROBLEM IS SOLW

i have the same issue , all cpu power ok ,but no display , anybody know the solution ?

voltages in all coils
+VGA PCIEP +VCC GFXCORE +VCC CORE ect ?
