hp 6930p boot issue

notebook came with a bios password ....i flash with new file which is attached ....laptop can boot first time but aftershutdown it couldnot boot after switch off and on again two three times it again boot into windows ......i tried with different hdd with win 7 also with win 8 uefi also same result could anybody suggest something ....i think its a bios issue.....its a ati graphic version mobo

Try with another bios and don't forget to write/ tattoo in device info in the bios afterwards using DMI tool.
