Asus Rog Strix g15 g512LI BOOT ISSUE

My asus rog strix g15 g512 keeps repeating the "Republic of Gamers" animation and won't power on. Anyone know what could be wrong with it?
i tried to install new system on it but it is same issue , does the same thing when i try to boot from usb or externals hard drive, flashed bios still same issue , if its a hardawre issue please share your experience

thank you for the advice y'all , so here is an update, when the laptop is off and plugged in the charger i see the 19v on the pins above but once i start it the voltage drops to 2.4v so what i did is ran a wire from a cap that has 19v straight to the LCD pins and that resolved the problem and got the backlight back however i would love to find that fuse or whatever component that is damaged, i did the the tests around the motherboard and couldn't find anything burned or not functioning properlyLeave a comment:

also i forgot to mention that its working if i hook it up to external screen , i can use it normal i just dont have backlight , i tried new screen, new lcd cable, reflash the bios and still same, if i use flashlight i can see everything on screen just no backlight,Leave a comment:

Is there something to do with cpu power circuit, is there anyone had this issue before and resolved, some People said it can be a capacitor in that circuit who fail to provide the correct Voltage in turbo mode or to the cpu in general, anyone can confirm and if possible where to start testing ?? update,
after reflowing the cpu, it worked great not having same issue anymore however now when i installed a game on it the laptop run the game for 10 to 15mn than shut down so im not sure what you guys would suggest regarding this specific issue, your help would be really appreciated

yes i did the long RAM test and was good no errors at all, however i have some updates here, so i though it was BIOS related issue but a friend recommended to reflash the bios with clean dump or reflow the cpu as he was thinking it was data related issue and CPU as well, so i started with CPU reflow , and surprisingly it worked so now i can install system and run the computer normally also i did a stress test , benchmark test, 4k video for 3 hours , and other tests and the laptop never did the same issue again so im not sure...Leave a comment:

the wattage is correct i checked that also i did RAM test and its good , but i will try the above troubleshooting and let you know soon
