Pepper pad 3 - Identifying SMD components

Firstly thankyou for the large repository of information I've found so far, it has been extremely useful with some other things I've been trying to do.

I picked up a pepperpad 3 and I want to take a shot at repairing it before i consign it to the bin (or ebay). I purchased it without a battery or accessories and it is able to fire up the LCD panel as well as start the bios screen, but going into a boot loop.

Anyway when I took it right apart I found a couple of couple of smoked components and I was hoping to get a helping hand with identifying what these components (marked in red in the below pictures) are so i can replace them and hopefully get it working again.

I am confused on if it is a type of capacitor or resistor or something else altogether as it's got an ohm & F (farad?) marking on it. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Also If there are any other components that might be suspect from the pictures in their nearby vicinity, please feel free to let me know. I'm more than willing to accept that it isn't going to work, but miracles happen, right?

Yeah, Miracles do happen. "Winners don't do different things, they do things differently"

Help me with your system model number. I will try and get you the values of these components.
