HP 630 shuts down after 33 seconds

When came had to be started few time 5-7 times than display comes worked fine.
worked fine for 20- half an hour.
when reflowed BD82HM55 worked fine for few days .again same... story
so replace swapped HM55 from other board... than problem started display comes
stays on for exactly 30 to 33 seconds. so I thought hm55 is defective. again swapped from other board this is also same thing shuts down after 33 seconds
both the hm55 reballed with lead balls , could this be reason.
any other clues

why do i think it is a BIOS issue?
Reflash it.

i had a 630 and yes, that HM chipset was the problem.
i reflow the bastard and place a cooper plate because the chip was cooling from bottom case with a small aluminium plate.

I place that cooper there and now its working well and strong.

I also did copper plate at the hm55

guess heh didn't , and dj_ricoh , it has been more than prof , that cooper shimmer are bad and worst shit you can use on computers , instead of using this oldschool method , time to get rid of does ancient techniques and use good termal pad you have more termal condutivity with termal pads that cooper shimmer , not only to mention is more professional work :P

Everything is fine after flashing 4 mb main bios.tested for 3 hr no problem.

Intel is not heating that much but i had given blue sheet heatsink between intel and body
