HP G62 Power Button LED Flickers

This seems to be a common issue. Reflashed bios, same issue. Did a light reflow of gpu, same issue. Reballed.....same issue. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Look in the mainboard i think is ENE.
You need schematic diagram

why reballing gpu when gpu have no touch to this problem?

Thought that was the issue at first. I've never repaired these HPs before.

these hp is the same as other laptops. signal from SW goes to SIO chip

Do you mean the power switch board? If so, no.

yes, change it. because i got the same issue and after changing the power switch board, i fixed it. so try
