N5110 not CHARGE not POWER

Hi i m working with this dell inspiron n5110 10245-2 board .
first i checked PU4103 (tps51123) it gets too hot replaced with tps51125 but not charge again PU4103 pin voltage:

after i checked PL4001 have 2,7v

don t charge again what do you think maybe is PU4001 the problem or ????

that's not good idea to replace TPS51123 with TPS51125, total of pin was same but there was different especially pin#18 had different function. please see datasheets both these IC's first before doing replacement.

notes on post # 2 seems not the correct measurement ???? pin # 19 has 19v, when it should be 0v on the pin (PGND).

I had experience seem similiar with this case. a little story, the mobo is quanta ZHG acer one 725, come to me from other repair shop,
at DC/DC controller that should be tps51123/RT8223P have replaced with up6182/tps51125

first i didn't know that wrong replacement . so check 3.3v/5v at coil, there was voltage. then try to power on, i was heard sound #$%^&%%cit (i dont know what called it), but dont know from where come out, then KBC become a little warm, and make some damaged I think, then found that there was wrong replacement, after replacement of DC/DC RT8223p that correct replacement that i've know it. already have voltage at coil 3.3v/5v and there was no sound anymore.

the next problem then was signal s5_on come after plug in adapter, should it be come after pressing power button. since that I never solved the problems, replace many many component then result nothing....might be damaged chipset

the last, I really hope you would not made same mistake and cause the board not more damaged...

two days seeking a tps 51123, it just found in the borders for scrap , replaced and work fine .
