hp g62 (AX1) Working with battery not with adapter

I got this yesterday Working with battery not with adapter hp g62 (AX1)

checked flowing component

when connect adapter voltage comes up to pq 52 (P0603BDG) n channel fet

D - 18.5v
S-6.25V
G-6.25V

charger ISL 6251 no out put of ACOK# and I had spare one with me replaced but no luck still same as it.

charger ic voltages are

1-5v
2-2.14v
3-1.1v
4-4.4v
5-0v
6-0v
7-0v
8-2.3v
9-0v
10-1.5v
11-1.5v
12-0v
13-0v
14-0v
15-5v
16-5.8v
17-5.8v
18-6.25v
19-6.25v
20-6.25v
21-6.25v
22-6.25v
23-0v
24-18.5v


didn't try to bypass pq52 yet

pq 52 gate voltage is low any idea??

Pu2 pin 1 must be 19v
pu2 pin 8 must be 28v

Thanks for reply , I think you got the point exactly.

Pu2-pin 1 -19v 0k
pin 8-28v ok

further I checked PR 227 ,one side 28v and other side 0.6 v .

resistor Value is 20k(fluctuating) but it should be 150k. will replace it first and let you know

replaced pq 227 but 6.25 v present but nothing has changed

EN is the Charge Enable input -0.3 ,+0.3v so 1.1v its high to enable charging(then its OK)
VDD pin 1 its 5v for internal supply (so its OK)

Pin 23 ACPRN needs to be max 7v.
ACPRN(ACOK#) its low when ACIN(ACSET) pin 2 its higher the 1.2v
you got 2.1v so its OK

when ACIN its LOW 0v then ACOK# its high

check pq9 until you reach KBC.
check PR235 and see if its ok. maybe there it does not trigger

what about PQ56? Have you check that it's OK?

Remove PQ52 and make measure again, or change q52, may be bad PC 202, measure resistencia. In gate of PQ52 must be 25 -28v
