HP CQ61 turn off immediately

hi i m working with this cq61 (da00p8mb6d1)
when i press power button led turn on led wifi orange after blu AND turn off immediately , flashed bios reflowed Ati ..2001 but teh same problem .
Any suggestion ?

Check power rails first, there could be some short. The problem came after reflow IGP? Check resistance on caps on the top of IGP.

It was already reflowed by other services, so he came to me.
all caps of IGP are shorted with ground resistance 0 Ohms , replaced IGP and works fine.

Common problem, somebody bake it , after it it does not work at all and we have to fix it.
