    HP G6-1150EW(Intel) motherboard problem.

    HI!
    I have HP G6-1150EW (DA0R13MB6E1 Rev.E).
    When i switched on its immediately shut down(1sec). Power led is blink once, the fan spin up then stop.

    I flashed main bios and ec bios but unchanged.
    I changed memory and processor not work.

    Does anyone have ideas?

      i had g7-1118so... shuttdown after few sec.. reflowed northbridge and gpu 220c and it start working. It makes no sence to me though why would it fix it.

      Was ec bios on another chip in this board? bios file size on chip was smaller than bin from hp site or dumps i found. but problem wasnt that for me anyway just want to know.

          Hello,

          I'm using TONGFANG "GM7TG7P" model laptop for over 3 years and i'm entering the same bios administrator password everyday. My laptop has Aptio BIOS (American Megatrends, AMI).

          But today it's not accepting my password. I'm %100 sure i'm entering the correct password.

          I'm trying to reset my bios without success.

          I tried :

          -I removed the BIOS battery and main battery. Waited for a long time but it didn't work. They already stated in the user manual that the password will not be reset even if the batteries...
