Does anyone know a homemade or cheap programmer for SLC NAND flash, multiplexed mode, TSOP48 package?
The one in particular: Intel/Numonix NAND512W3A2SN6 (2076h) [K9F1208U0A / K9F1208D0A (EC76h), equivalent] crossed my way.
The TSOP48 to DIL48 adapter is already on the way,
but can't find any cheap programmer supporting it (need to be able to read and write it).
I must be missing something important because I do know this NAND flash was used in very early USB stick pen drives and,
even more relevant, in game boxes (wii, xbox and playstation).
Any thoughts?
