    HP 635 problem identifying MOSFET

I'm having a problem identifying MOSFET that got burned out by accident (plugging car charger to 24v instead to 12v socket)
    Motherboard is CHICAGO_BR_HPC MV_MB_V2
    P/N: 01015PM00-575-G , AMD E300 processor soldered on board

I found schematic for intel board but of course those are different MOSFET listed than on this one.

I'm looking for board schematic or anyone that maybe has such board and can read me the info from Q1302 that got burned out.
    Q1301 is AON7702
    Q1302 is burned out
    Q1303 is AON7702
    Q1304 is AON7410
location is on bottom side near where cpu fan connector is.

by some logic Q1302 should be AON7410 but I would like to be sure before searching for replacement.

    Thank you.

Re: HP 635 problem identifying MOSFET

    7702 is 37A n-chanel
    7410 is 24A n-chanel

u dont do bad to replace burned with 7702

Acer vx5-591G I removed Mosfet and it works without it?! could it cause problem?
        by ipn00tic
        Hello everybody,

I'm learning alone at home (with you) of course.

I have an Acer VX5-591G laptop that was given to me as scrap where I was training and diagnosing.

The Laptop turns on and starts to boot for a few seconds but before displaying any image it short circuits the main 19V power supply and turns off.

I managed to "repair" the laptop and it turns on and everything works, I even did game tests for the CPU and GPU and everything works but what I did was remove a Mosfet (PQ807) from the VCC_GT power supply.
        The VCC_GT power...

How do you test MOSFET in laptops ?
        by Jane
I tried to use this method:

        Testing an N-channel MOSFET:

Step 1: Discharge the Gate (turn off the MOSFET)
Place the black probe (COM) on the Source (S) and the red probe on the Drain (D). The multimeter should show no continuity (high resistance or "OL" – open line).
Then, touch the black probe to the Source (S) and the red probe to the Gate (G). This discharges any stored charge in the Gate, turning the MOSFET off.

Step 2: Charge the Gate (turn on the MOSFET)
Now, place the red probe on the Gate (G) and the black probe on the

        HP Pavilion X360 burned mosfet
        by Roll
Hi, I have a HP Pavilion x360 - 15-dq0007nc (just about 26 months old) with burned mosfet. Sadly I didn't found any boardview or schematic for this model, so I need your help with this.

The mosfet right next to it is probably SM3319NSQA N-channel.
The burned one is connected to a Sic634 pin 8-11 "Power stage input voltage. Drain of high-side MOSFET" So it should be a P-channel? Can you help me with finding the right replacement?

Also I measured about 15 ohms to the ground on the coil. But I didn't remove the burned stuff yet - it will wait until...

High side mosfet of the power supply of the RTX2060 graphic chip burned out
        by zwerw3
Hello. They brought a personal computer for repair in which the video card was GeForce RTX ™ 2060 WINDFORCE OC 6G (rev. 1.0). Graphics core power mosfet burned out.
Is there a chance to restore the site where the mosfet was? I started to grind the mosfet substrate with a dremel, which stuck to the board, but for now I stopped and decided to ask you for advice. I also noticed dark spots on the PCB near the video memory chips. Does this mean that the video memory is out of order? I cleaned the place where there was a burnout, a short circuit of 12 V was removed. On the coils on the power...

identifying a mosfet for asus laptop
        by madjid911
HI, I discovered a mosfet in continuity, and grounded the motherboard. I would like to replace it to be able to repair the motherboard of my asus pc. I am not a big expert, can you tell me what is this mosfet?I can't find it on the internet.

Can you help me find the datasheet and maybe tell me which mosfet I can replace? I have macbook a1466 1708 1278 donor motherboards.

        THANKS...
