    DELL XPS 1330 BURN-OUT Si4435BDY P-CHANNEL MOSFET

I replaced the mark Resistor "R321, 240k ohms". Capacitor "C509" and I replaced the "U40" mosfet 3 times and when I plug the power adapter to the laptop it burn Si4435BDY Mosfet before i press the power button. Is it normal to have 19 volts present at the Drain Side of "U40"? +DCIN_SS. Kindly help me solve this problem? What is the causes of this problem?

ofcourse u need to have 19V on +DCIN_SS, it is main power. if u have burned u40 , u must have some short after it. check resistance to ground

Mosfet U40 was removed when check the voltage at Mosfet. I check the Source side of the U40 Mosfet there is also 19 volts at the source side and 19 volts at the Drain Side. At the gate side there is 3.3 volts.
