Here it is :

1) Buy a IR rework machine
2) Buy all equipment associated with IR rework machine
3) Learn to use IR rework machine
4) Remove ATI chipset
5) Place Nvidia Chipset on BGA area
6) Realise .oO(Fuck.. It doesn't fit)
7) Throw everything at the wall in frustration

i think that what he means is if there is intel uma and amd descrete how to complitly disable descrete and leave uma to do all the work... its posible, i saw thread on other forum

Its possible to convert to intel graphics, because it has intel hm57 chip.
need to remove ati chip and do some modifications in circuit,

First of all you need to tell as the version of your motherboard and version of Northbridge - PCH. Are you sure that your Nortbridge-PCH have the intel graphics chipset included, because most discrete versions do not include it in order to reduce costs?

Both versions - with Intel or Ati graphics - should have the same PCH

are you kidding me? many here from BC work a lot for free just to get a dump file from a board so you can actually repair your notebook.
or waste some time to tell you how a 3.3v or 5v ALW work or what you need to fix and that website you have to pay to see.

mate if i had the cluster server up and running i will have brute force the crap of that website and take it down.

this is an interesting topic.
this is kind of redesigning a mainboard.
I hope technicians reach a general method that works on all laptops.
but on most recent laptop mainboards, tiny resistors and capacitors are not marked and there is no boardview available. So a redesign gets really difficult.
