You have a physically damaged board with damaged traces to the PCB - It's clearly evident in the 3rd photo. It's NOT the bios. Besides, since Zenith don't appear to have a website where you can download the BIOS, it will not be possible for any of us to get one.
In other words, toss the PC in the garbage or give it to the metal recyclers. Unless you can find a whole new motherboard, it will not be possible to repair it.

its easy steady hands and some wires and a good iron .
