Dell N4030 no power from battery, adapter ok.

Dear frnds, How r u all? i faced a new problem for dell Inspiron n4030.
its power from adapter ok but no battery backup found. when remove ac adapter laptop turns off. But when ac adapter present it charge batttery. also it cannot start from battery. i dont know what problem.
Please anyone figure out this problem.?

Thanks for comment. battery voltage is 11.57v. i have check another new battery. Problem same.

I'm facing a similar problem with an N5050, board won't start with both adapter and battery connected. When I tried to short the power button the board shorted blowing both charging chip fets. Replaced charging chip and fets but now every time I just plug the board in with the adapter those 2 fets fry, so they're currently off the board until I figure out what's causing it. By the way, where is the charger page of the schematic you included?

check the batt power mosfet which drain is directly connected to batt+ terminal and gate goes to adopter +voltage. i can not find out charging section in your uploaded schematic.

mostly get schema without charging circuit page, maybe boardview can help you

Check the tantalum caps.

Charging circuit is a external sub board. i think external charging sub board is faulty. But now i have no other charging board for check.
