HP dv6-3015tx (DA0LX6MB6F2) No power

I have a laptop which has LX6 motherboard with following symptoms

When I plugged Ac adapter adapter LED blinked few times and on ( it indicates power). if i put battery then its turn into orange which means charging the battery.
PU4 -3.3v and 5v are ok
CN4-
4th pin NBSWON1# 0v
3rd pin LID_EC# 3.3v

I flashed Main and EC BIOS but nothing. What should I do next..?

hp bios file? or from another machine?

NBSWON1# should be 3.3v, confirm +3VPCU for 3.3v (because you mentinoed that PU4 has 3.3v and 5v).

Do you also get normal voltages at pin 7 and pin 19 (+3VALW and +5VALW)?
