I think all of those for "NOT" compatible with this CPU. There was a small typo. caps lock blink error for CPU showed when I flashed this BIOS to this motherboard...Leave a comment:

Dell 3502 LA-G094P BIOS need !
This laptop came to upgrade primary storage to a nvme and hinge repair. Once we disassemble and reassemble it, startup screen shows no bootable device.
When F12 pressed it shows UEFI bootable devices such as USB flash and nvme but didn't boot to either devices.
Then I tried to change boot mode but it only shows legacy option and cannot be changed.
I uploaded the original BIOS backup .

Update:
I tried few BIOS from the internet and all of them shows CPU error blinks once turn on the laptop. I think all of those for compatible with this CPU. this one has Pentium... -

Someone removed the bios IC and reprogrammed it with incompatible one. Iam not sure whether this motherboard has EC rom but it seems ITE has inbuilt rom inside it.

I have the same symptom motherboard and I have changed the BQ24780S and PQ17 MOSFET with no success.
After I have made a jumper between pin5 and CMSRC side motherboard was turned on but not charging if i plugged in the battery. What might be the problem please?...Leave a comment:

DDR_DRAMRST# - ok -0.889
+VCC_CORE - ok - 0.91
+VCC_GT - 0v
+VCC_SA - 0.952v Sometimes jumps to 3.2v

Customer brought me this laptop and said its automatically turned off within few seconds after start it.
When I switched on, it starts with fan spinning speed increase and decrease few times (5 or 6 times) and stayed at full speed for around 30-60 seconds and turned off automatically.
The steps I have followed,
Replaced a fan (nothing changed)
Replaced U5003 - TEMP. SENSOR NCT7717U - (nothing changed)
Replaced Q2804 - Signal to IO - (nothing changed)
Replaced IT8585E/FX and flash EC (nothing changed)
Removed Q3201... -

1) What is the voltage value of 3D3V_S0 ? When I plugged in the adapter is shows 3.21V and instantly decreased to 1.5mV
2) Confirm that R4005 is present and is still pulled up to 3D3V_S0.
D4002 Cathode (3) RSMRST_PWRGD# = 3.31v
R4005 is present = 1K = 0V

Actually, the RT8231AGQW part was ordered. I want to make sure the error si this specific part or elsewhere. When I plugged in the adapter S0 S3levels power rails were getting high and suddenly dropped. Only the 5V_S5 and 3D3V_S5 are up.
When I removed PL5101 RAM/PCH coil S3 power rails are also active. Couldn't find any short circuit symptoms on the coil too. PL5101 and ground 306Ω seems nothing wrong on that line....Leave a comment:

I also think this RAM/ PCH regulator is bad. but I couldn't find it here to buy. Sadly there are no equivalent TPS chips too.
Update:

I was removed PL5101, which is supply 1.2v for DIMMs and PCH, and when the adapter plugged in SIO_SLP_S3# 3.3v present.
Secondary level power rails become active 3D3V_S0 and 5V_S0 also active. The 3-Amber and 5-White error code is also blinking.
I have also checked resistance between the ground and PL5101 DIMM/PCH side, which is 377Ω (when PL5101 is removed).
After removing PL5101 the RT8231AGQW side 360kΩ

Recently I have got this
Dell Inspiron 3568 i5 7th Gen
Vegas/Turis SKL/KBL 15341-1 91N85
*Battery is charging and LED is lighting when it's charging
*5V_S5 and 3D3V_S5 are up
*No short circuit in main power rails
*No short circuit in any coils
*When the adapter/power connected U4001 getting SIO_SLP_S3# and getting down to 0V immediately.
*Power button switch getting 3.3v
*When the power button is pressed SIO_PWRBTN# signal is not lowered to exactly 0V. ( This cause due to the immediate effect maybe)

I have a laptop which has LX6 motherboard with following symptoms
When I plugged Ac adapter adapter LED blinked few times and on ( it indicates power). if i put battery then its turn into orange which means charging the battery.
PU4 -3.3v and 5v are ok
CN4-
4th pin NBSWON1# 0v
3rd pin LID_EC# 3.3v
I flashed Main and EC BIOS but nothing. What should I do next..? -
