this laptop won't charge any battery, but charger led in on, windows shows plug in charging, but the percentage remains the same. Need urgent help.

To check the power supply status, install a battery pack and connect an AC adaptor.
Check 1 If the DC IN LED blinks orange, go to Procedure 2.
Check 2 If the DC IN LED does not light, go to Procedure 3.
Check 3 If the battery LED does not light orange or green, go to Procedure 4.
Procedure 2 Error Code Check
If the power supply microprocessor detects a malfunction, the DC IN LED blinks orange.
The blink pattern indicates an error as shown below.
Start Off for 2 seconds
Error code (8 bit)
“1” On for one second
“0” On for half second
Interval between data bits Off for half second
The error code begins with the least significant digit.
Example: Error code 12h (Error codes are given in hexadecimal format.)

Check 1 Convert the DC IN LED blink pattern into the hexadecimal error code and
compare it to the tables below.
DC IN
Error code Meaning

output voltage is over 16.5V.
12h Current from the DC power supply is over the limit (6.16A).
13h Current from the DC power supply is over the limit (0.5A) when there is
no load.
14h Current sensing IC is not normal.
Main Battery
Error code Meaning
20h Main battery voltage is over 13.46V. (Not supported)
21h Main battery charge current is over 5.06A.
22h Main battery discharge current over 0.5A.
23h Main battery charge current is over 2.70A.
24h Current sensing IC is not normal.
25h Main battery charge current is over 0.3A when there is no charging.
Secondary Battery

30h Secondary battery voltage is over 13.46V.

I got it fixed, the BQ2475IA was not getting sufficient 19v supply from a 4R7 resistor, so I just replaced it and its charging perfect nowComment

Hello friends,
Looking for some guidance here. The RAM voltage circuit on this motherboard keeps burning out PU301 which is a RT8231AGQW. Copy of the board with the burnt chip attached with some voltage measurements and copy of the schematics also included.
I think I've checked almost every component in the circuit, but when I change the RT8231, the laptop starts I have 1.2V on the inductor for about 10 seconds and then the RT8231 goes south and no more voltage on the inductor. All other voltages on the laptop are good, this is the only one conking out for a reason I... -

Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum. I have a Panasonic LED TV which doesnt turn on and is blinking 4 times repeatedly when I turn on the switch. The TV does not respond to the remote control so I had to turn on using the physical switch on the side of the TV. When I turn on the switch the 4 x blinking starts and repeat itself until I turn off the TV. There is a black screen.
