LA-L191P cpu resistance (+VCCIN)

Im used to do basic resistance meassurements around main IC's just to see whats the condition. But here i see 110 OHM on coils relative to GND. Is that normal with these CPUs?
Laptop turns on stays at 0.05A and shuts down. Charging works. 1.8v, 5v and 3.3V present.

CPU = i5-11400H

for 11th gen thats normal, try to check the vccin_aux resistance and also check other voltage, pch and sio if getting hot.

Aux has around 400ohm.

Tbh nothng gets hot at 0.05A but u given me hope on the cpu part. Ill take a deeper looksie.

PCH kinda gets hot and its VDDCIN_AUX_PCH is 1.8v. There is no EC_RSMRST# pull down an i got all basic voltages (3.3v , 5v, 1.8v) but nothing that turns on after ec and pch.

VCCIN_AUX_PCH 500 ohm?

Also no slp_s3# and slp_s4#
last voltage that appears is EC_RSMRST# (3.3v). Im looking at power startup sequence.
Thought bios but no change. It even acts same w/o bios chip (silly test but still did it)
