CQ42 Power Problem , Pls Help

Hello brother, I need help for cq42 power problem. its 5v 3v not present, Because there is no 19v in PR159. I have checked PQ47 Pin 1 gate is 6v so that pin 3 has only 6v. Now i cant find why pq47 pin 1 gate is low. Please help me How can troublshoot it.

Hi,
have you check if there 19V at PD14 cathode pin if no 19V:
check the cap: pc67, pc142, pc151, and PD14 if shorted remove all from the mobo
