Macbook Pro 2019 A2141 NAND Shorted

Hello. If you could please help me understand what I am doing wrong...

This model, Macbook Pro 2019 16" A2141, 512GB, EMC 3347, with T2 Security Chip, had 4 NAND Chips shorted in 1 wing (U9100, U9200, U9300, U9400) and it has 1 more in the 2nd wing (U8600) BUT NOT shorted. All chips are TSB4227 TOSHIBA-KIOXIA SN4192TWNA12014 BGA110 128GB. I got 4 new nand chips for 1 wing and programmed them by specific position of course with JCID P13 programmer.

I also replaced the tps power ic for the ssd.
Now all rails come up, including the ssd rails 0.9v, 1.8v, 2.5v.

Now I try to restore the board with Apple Configurator on host machine. I connect power to the board, the trackpad, and a type c cable to the nearest port to the trackpad and then to the host.

The recovery comes up, I press restore but the process fails during installation after 30 seconds approximately (noticed that it loses ssd 2.5v for 1-2 seconds and comes back), and this error comes out:
THE SYSTEM CANNOT BE RESTORED ON THIS DEVICE - RESTOREOS DEVICE REMOVED BEFORE RESTORE COMPLETED [COM.APPLE.MOBILEDEVICE.MOBILERESTORE-0XFAA (4010)]

I am thinking maybe the 5th nand (U8600) on the 2nd wing needs also programming with JCID P13, although it remained alive and intact? Can someone verify this?
If not, do you have any other idea what this error could be or what to check?

    Thank you in advance.

Yes correct, it must be programmed. It's still part of the "old" SSD at this point.

Thank you for that! Indeed, it needed programming, I took the 5th chip U8600 out, programmed only that one with jcid p13 and now it passed the restore process and showed the lock sign.
But it looks like we have another problem, in that spot i believe the laptop should turn on at internet recovery mode but it does not....

When pressing power button nothing happens, fans do not spin, no chime, no image, nothing. Weird thing is i measured G3H and it fluctuates between 11.3v-12.65v.
On the usb meter i get 20v and fluctuating from 0.5a-1a approximately.
I also tried dfu restore and it gave me error amrestoreerrordomain – 0x6 (6)
      Any idea about that?

Yes, ppbus MUST be stable and present. I would make sure you soldered the nands properly/completely. If DFU completed successfully, the nands should be ok. So, I would also suspect and inspect the SSD controller ICs. Remove the bridge resistor for PPBUS and SSD power to see if ppbus stabilizes. If so, then you have an issue with the SSD power ICs, but again, that would typically prevent DFU restore from completing.

You "MIGHT" have a damaged T2; confirm all SLP/AWAKE voltages are stable and not pulsing after 20 seconds.

The most common problems on these machines are those underlying glue. Make sure you clean up everything on those caps and pull up resistors around the nand chip make sure nothing’s left. Otherwise you will have the same error on the Apple Configurator.
