Test with a known good battery. Some models require a pre-charged battery to boot and this may be one of them.

Test the voltage to ground on each of the pins on the battery connector (without battery connected is OK). We are testing if the SMBUS SCL / SDA lines are shorted or not from an ESD event. This will cause the PPBUS_AON to also remain lower than required to boot.

    Post the measurements.

I checked under the thermal imaging camera and nothing is heating up.
      battery disconnected and:
      1,2 (PPVBAT_AON) - 0V no short
      3 (SCL) - 0V no short
      4 (SDA) - 0V no short
      5 (SYS_DETECT) - jumping all time 0V-1V-0V-1V-0V-1V..
      6,7 (GND) - GND

Now J5150 without battery only connection AC
      1,2 - 184 mV
      3 (SCL) - 0V no short
      4 (SDA) - 0V no short
      5 (SYS_DETECT) - 0V short when connect AC

      Now battery connect and AC
      1,2 - 184 mV
      3 (SCL) - 0V no short
      4 (SDA) - 0V no short
      5 (SYS_DETECT) - 0V short when connect AC
