Hi colleagues.
Here I am asking for help.

I've entered this HP and it won't turn on. I can't find a schematic or boardview.
The first fault I found was a JW5069a IC (compatible with JW5068a). It had an internal fault, which was replaced, and now I have a stable 19V. When I press the power button, the LED appears, but it still consumes 500mAH.
I continued taking measurements and found that the PUG8 IC is not receiving an EN on pin 2.
PUG8:
Pin 1 5V
Pin 2 0V
Pin 3 1.8V
Pin 8 5V
Pin 12 5V
Pin 13 19V
Pin 2 of the PUG8 shows continuity with pin 72 of the KCB ENE KB9022Q D. Where I also have 0V.
Checking the PLG13 coil. When a voltage drop occurs, it measures a short. I checked the PQG13 mosfet off the board; it shows no faults, but the board shows continuity between Source and Drain (without the mosfet connected).
When I lift any pin on the coil, it no longer shows continuity.
As a reference measurement, the PLG13 coil should have a voltage of 0.70 or 0.72V (reference voltage of a device with the same board in operation).
I've attached some reference images.

I'm leaving a reference to the KBC. I understand you can take some measurements with the PDF I'm leaving.
If you need higher-quality images, I can upload them.â
