I'm worried about the pqg13 that shows continuity between drain and source. I understand that's why I don't have the EN on the IC....

I've entered this HP and it won't turn on. I can't find a schematic or boardview.
The first fault I found was a JW5069a IC (compatible with JW5068a). It had an internal fault, which was replaced, and now I have a stable 19V. When I press the power button, the LED appears, but it still consumes 500mAH.
I continued taking measurements and found that the PUG8 IC is not receiving an EN on pin 2.
PUG8:
