hp 6730s (6050a2161001-mb-a04)when plugged in :
leds of jack and all other leds go on and even fan works, the volts on battery terminals will go 3.3v also....all this is going on for 1`2 seconds then go all of, and this happen in a loop.

i solved the problem but i got new one:
when the battery plugged in, it displays that it ischarging even with no charge plugged and it reaches 100% but it suddenly dies. LOL

Sounds like a bad battery to me.

Sounds like a bad battery to me.

i changed the battery and still the same problem
