HP 17-cn0152ng part U201 Q300 broken

A USB device has caused a short circuit and a component on the mainboard 17N-8L-TGL Was destroyed. The component is labeled U201 Q300. What type of component is this?
Can I replace it?
What else could be affected if a USB port and the speakers no longer work?

What are silk screened markings on the board?

The large connector @ CN200 is likely keyboard?

The burnt part may be a USB loadswitch in a SOT23-5 package. Share more pics of the board.

Here are some suggestions:

1) Confirm if the large cable @ CN200 are linked to the keyboard.
2) Locate the replacement keyboard on the internet. Often, the same replacement part will be compatible with other models from the same vendor, HP.
3) Then hunt for the alternate HP models for which there may be schematics available. That is, we can learn from the available schematics on the pinout for this same keyboard cable (assuming it is a keyboard).
4) Then using a multimeter, you can trace this SOT23-5 device and hunt as to where it travels onto this connector. To me, this device is used to power perhaps the backlight of the keyboard but need your feedback as to where this CN200 travels on the board. USB port damage are often linked to USB load switches.

Hi Harry2k1 mon2 , it looks to me like that white ribbon cable goes to a USB daughterboard on the left side from 1st picture on post #3, the keyboard connector is under the battery

Looks like it's a USB load switch, Harry2k1 can you post a clear picture of the ic near right side usb port? (circled in red, second picture), it might be similar IC


On the attached image, remove the IC (make sure you shield the plastic connectors, otherwise they will melt), then measure voltage at the red lilne
