    MacBook A1502 (820-3476-A) Repair case with solution

    Hi everyone, I want to share my tech experience with a MacBook Pro A1502 late 2013 that won´t turn on.
    The computer arrived dead, when connected to Magsafe no lights on the connector.
    Here some Measures at some testpoints on de LB 820-3476-A :

    PP3V42_G3H 1.7V
    PPBUS_G3H = 0V
    PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_RE = 0V
    PP3V3_S5 = 0V
    PP5V_S4 = 0V
    P5V1_SW = 5.5V
    PP3V3_S0SW_SSD =0V
    PP3V3_S0SW_SSD_FET =0V
    PPDCIN_G3H_INRUSH = 16.10V
    PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR = 16.10V
    PP5V_S5 - 0v
    PP3V3_S5 - 0v
    PP3V3_SUS - 0V
    PM_RSMRST_L - 0v
    SMC_ONOFF_L - 1.7v
    PM_PWRBTN_L - 0v
    PM_BATLOW_L - 0v

    After a research on this forum and the schematics I found a short in PP3V42_G3H rail, then after check a few capacitors connected to the rail, I found this tiny C1950 in shortcut. It was replaced and the Macbook was alive again.
