HP 245 laptop not charging when turned on

    helo everry body!!!
My laptop HP 245 AMD 14-FP5-6L -GDDR5X2 has a battery charging circuit error:
    - If not power on, battery charge ok.
    - if i turn on the power, not charging the battery ( the battery charging indicator light, from yellow to white)
The laptop only charges when not turned on. I have changed the battery and charger, but the situation remains unchanged.
I replaced the BQ 25A charging IC but the device only charges when not turned on.
everyone please help me with solution, what should i do ?
    thanks a lot !!!!!

Just a quick guess.. Is there any of those double-diodes broken?

HP uses an analog voltage to define the power rating of the adapter. If this voltage is incorrect, the adapter will be considered to be too weak to power the board and charge the battery.

This analog voltage is sampled by the EC.

What does the bios report on the power rating of the attached power adapter?

Bios has no message about the power adapter, i think the adapter has no problem, i also replaced another adapter, i also reloaded the new bios. the problem is not solved

Measure the voltage to ground on each pin of PD2. Post each measurement.

Check the 3-wire circuit of the charger output (pid pin) leading to the i/o.
              pull
