How to read the BIOS chip XMC 25RU128CHIQ

Hi folks

I am using CH341a to read this BIOS chip XMC 25RU128CHIQ and the CH341 doesn't know anything about this.

I found this BIOS on 2 different laptops and tried to read them both with my CH341a and nothing.
- HP Pavilion Aero 13
- Lenovo Yoga 6 13ALC7

I know these are 1.8v BIOS, so i used the 1,8v adapter.
Using the adapter and not using the adapter, makes no difference.

I used my CH341a on other types of BIOS chips and it works fine. But when it comes to this BIOS chip, it doesn't know what to do.
Does it have do with the driver for the CH341A?

Anyone got any idea?
Any help is appreciated.
