I'm looking for a new EC already programmed to change mine, but i don't find anything. Can you help me? In addition, i would like to exclude any other possible issue in addition to the EC. I don't want to change the EC and burn it instantly cause other thing are bad.

This can be only determined with a detailed overview of the condition of all power rails present on the board. And even then there is no guarantee whether there is no underlying logic issue present. So the risk can be only minimized, but not excluded completely.

I can not help with the EC though. These days many technicians decline to sell these pre-programmed caused by too much trouble with the customer afterwards. And o can absolutely understand that.

For the particular short on the 3V LDO rail, the EC need to be removed at least, to understand whether the resistance to GND there wil be healthy again afterwards.

And i still don't get one thing. The pin17 LDO is an output for the converter, so why it is not burning hot trying to push voltage in this line (shorted to GND)? The reason I think is the missing enable signal. But that missing signal is not related to the missing LDO line, correct? So anyway I have another problem on EN1 source?

The EC needs to be removed to understand whether it is the only cause of the short on the LDO line or not. Not sure how this can be explained better.

              EN1 enables the 3.3V Buck converter (+3VALW)
EN2 enables the 3.3V LDO (LDO)
Everything comes up in a given order. EN2 is based on the presence of the Main power rail (+19VB) while EN1 is based on a functional EC, which is supposed asset EN1 when all the requirementsfor the EC are met. Of course EN1 can not be asserted with a shorted EC.

              Was this straight enough?
