    my direct heated stencils are always bended. have enybody some clue how to flat it

    Two thick pieces of iron bar (I use 8mm thick) and a clamp.

      absolutely didnt work. with hands i can better flat the bends.

        I think he meant to get the stencil hot first...than clamp it & let it cool down...

          When I say a clamp, I mean something like this.
          And I use a lot of force.

              i had that problem with a ps3 stencil.... thouth it was a bad china manufacter, so ordered another one and bended at second use....

              that's getting really bored when u place the ball and then the stencil bump and make them go all over...

                i place some balls to corners for better stability and easy align of stencil.

                  for allign i use a magnifier glasses (chinease one) and tht's an easy part , but ofcours very important, because once when i put balls and stencil not complitely alligned had some trouble to remove the stencil from the bga....

                  practive tell that all.... more u do more u get familiar wit it
