Dear friends., I am working on this Hp 15-ch008ca (DA0X35MBAF0 Rev: F). It works but after a while it give temperature (90d) Error & shuts down till it cools down again. I added new coolant compound & cleaned the Fan & the heat sink fins, but the error stil persists. The schematics is not available anywhere to trace down thermal Protect circuit. I have uploaded the photos of the motherboard, back & front. If someone can take a look & have an idea where will these components be on the motherboard.

Which SIO is in use here? Since no schematic is available, grab another schematic with same SIO and probe the Fan TACH and similar pins.
IF the SIO is in BGA form, then its really difficult to proceed. -
Originally posted by Echoeye83Check that all your big capacitors are not looking like they want to explode sometimes when something overheats it's due to insufficient load or no load whatsoever. Check again. I circled what looks like it's going to explode and the other foam piece make sure it's not causing any load loss. Otherwise you might have to replace those overloading parts. Can't read the exact specs on it. It looks blurred out due to heat.

Let me tell you a little bit about what happened to my laptop (MSI GF63 THIN 11UCX model: MS-16R6) that “maybe” you know how to solve this problem.
So before this problem happened, my laptop was running smoothly. When I wanted to restart my laptop, it looked fine at first. But after I waited for this restart process to take a long time, until finally I panicked (because the restart process did not finish plus the laptop screen only showed a black screen), I immediately pressed and held the power button to force the laptop to turn off. But... -

Hello Everyone!
I have an Acer Aspire A315-42 laptop. I generally leave it on for long time by closing down its lid (so it enters the sleep mode). Recently, it rained quite heavily in out area. And the humidity and moisture seem to be high. So one late evening, after I opened the lid and turned on the laptop, it did power on as the blue light turned on but after it booted to the desktop screen, just 5-10 seconds after both the screen and blue light went out and laptop shut down (the blue power light turned orange). And after 2-4 seconds that orange light went off and the laptop died....06-28-2025, 02:57 PM -
Hello,
on this old laptop toshiba satellite m40 331 i am trying (but failing) to upgrade frow w7 to w10 and allways i have the error : 0xc1900101 - 0c20017. The upgrading process stops with the pc blocked with the logo screen w10 on the display; then there is no activity on the disk hdd or ssd.
it's also impossible to boot from a dvd iso bootable, the device equally blocks on the w10 logo screen...
i verified the informations in the device manager and it seems there are no problems...
i wonder if it's not an issue about the bios (which is very old) or an interface problem...-

I have this inexplicable problem from yesterday
Each time i start my laptop by pushing the physical power button in, the laptop keyboard and touchpad are available to me for use when the system has booted to the desktop (I can enter the bios by pressing on F10 too) irrespective of whether the laptop is powered by the AC adapter or the battery. This is normal behaviour
BUT NOW FOR THE ABNORMAL PART
However, when using the laptop normally, if i choose restart from the power options, the touchpad and mouse are non-functional when the system has booted to the... - Loading...
