Hp ElieBook 1030 g4 touchpad problem

First
f10 key led always on event in power off
touch pad doesn't work only if i close the lid / Screen and open it again while power on as in video
some how when lid sensor is closed and opened again it reset enable touch pad
i search for board view or schematic not found
how to enabled touch pad ?
any one seen this before can help

does this touch pad chip have enable pin ?
