Hp 15 with a i5-10210u procesor reaches 95 grados C. Is there any chance to undervolt,?

    Hellow guys,
I have an Hp 15 i5 10210u with heat issues even after a complete cleanup on its collling assy. So i dont know of there isn any chance to undervolt ( and how )it in order to drop down its temp.
    Thank you for your time.

    Hello,

    I don't think undervolting is a solution.
When do you get this temp?
Idle? burn ? full burn With gpu?
Is the cpu throttling? Laptoop shutting down?

Please Check the radiator (thermal assembly) all along, it must be really really hot all along.
If the end Of the segment is not that hot, you might change it. (The radiator is broken, bend somewhere)
If the part Of the radiator just top Of the cpu is not really hot , Check thermal grease, Check the scews.

If radiator is really hot and the fan is spining fast, Check the tape between radiator and fan, if this tape is missing, fan willl not be efficient. (Check the picture)

    good luck!

Thank you fot your responce. I am getting anything between 75-99 Degrees C, just for normal user, (Office, Browsing , Windows Update Etc), and yes i have cpu throttling at some point. The weird thing is i get that temp 15 20 30 min or even more after i turn on the laptop.
For example the laptop its on for about 10 min now and the temps are stable at 42 , 43 degrees C ( idle). The radiator while i was cleaning it i noticed discoloration on it.Also when i connect the charger temp goes higher.

Laptop maybe in energy saving on battery.
Is the fan spinning faster when cpu is hot ? Do you feel the hot air flow behind the laptop or where the air goes out?

Check for greedy process in task manager, maybe something is using cpu in background.
