Can I replace ISL88738H WITH ISL88739?

The ISL88739 & ISL88739AHRZ are a highly versatile combo battery charger
configurable for operating as either a Hybrid Power Boost (HPB)
charger or a Narrow VDC (NVDC) charger, supporting 2-, 3-, or
4-cell batteries. Both configurations allow the battery to work with
the adapter together to supply the system load when it exceeds

When I tried to repair LG 29 inch CRT TV, I found that the ESR value of samyoung SMS capacitor(160v 2.2uf), which is very close to D1879 transistor, is 6 ohm.
Judging from above ESR Meter Table,I think It is necessary to replace this sms capacitor.So I visited local electronics shop,and I purchased 160v 2.2uf rubycon YK capacitor.
But when I browse through rubycon YK datasheet,I found that there is no ripple current rating for 160v 2.2uf specification. But On the contrary, I found 39 mA ripple current rating for 160v 2.2uf SMS capacitor.

I've just been repairing some (very) old speakers with a loud hum that occurred as soon as you powered them on regardless if any actual audio is played through them. I work in a School so it's 99% likey that the Teachers have hardly ever turned the power off on them for well over 10+ years.
As you can see the top large capacitor on the right has a bulge on the top so defincately needs replacing. As the one next to it is exactly the same capacity and voltage I planned to replace them both.
What is your advice/opinion on whether or not on old(er)... -

I'm looking for a SMPS flyback transformer TAM TO-5622, or equivalent, or any information on it? Company is Tamura Corp (https://www.tamuracorp.com). It has Primary, Secondary, and Auxiliary windings. Have emailed the company, but no info back yet. It is out of a Makita DC24SC battery charger.. This transformer has a burnt out the primary (caused by a failed MOSFET). Secondary, gave me a reading of 0.49 Ohms, and Auxiliary a reading of 0.93 Ohms.
