    I'm betting that it's a Silergy part, in which case the part ID would be EHExyz.

      How are you sure that the problem is in this chip? It has a short circuit at the output, and you unsoldered it and the short circuit disappeared?

          It looks like it's from a laptop motherboard, can you post the laptop model and board number? Maybe there's an schematic available
