Hp V6500 isue around charging circuit.

Hi folks any input on this is appreciated. I have a HP V6500 that has no sign of life. Its using the AT1 schematics (attached) , anyway on pins 5-8 of PQ30 Im getting 19v the gate is at 0V . PQ27 was damaged so it was replaced with same type.
pin1 (DCin) on U5 has 19v however pin 10 (ACin) has 0v on one side of PR67 has 19v but 0v on the other side. PR67 and PR183 are a divider network so I presume I should be getting something here to indicate the adapter is present?.I checked both of these resistors and they are reading fine.
I swapped out PU5 but still the same.PU5 pin 11 (ACOK) has 5v.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I have a scrap at2 board thats similar and Im getting 3.85v on pin10 but on the other board I am getting 0v why would this resistor divider network not output? I have also changed both resistor and checked values and they are ok but still 0v to pin 10 PU5 (ACin)?

Resistance from ACIN to ground? Either you changed PU5 with another non-working one or you have something else on divider that eliminates the divider resistors... PC54 shorted? PQ57 ok?

What's the resistance to ground on pin 10?

I had another dv board AT2 here with gpu missing its has the same charging Ic. I powered it up and it was getting 3.84v on pin 10, so I remove it and put it into the original AT1 board but still the same I also changed out PC54. Its really annoying because I havent found a component that was reading iffy. Im just basically swapping out components just to see.
PQ57 reads ok in circuit Im going to swap it out now

I removed PQ58 from circuit and voltage at pin 10 rose to 3.8v. Unit switches on when PQ58 is out of circuit. Tried a different Fet and laptop doesnt start.

What is the voltage on pin 2 of PD12?

I think its sorted now. There was 18.3v on both pin2 and 4 of Pq27 so I swapped it (Again PQ27) and PC88. The Pq27 I swapped it for was probably faulty.

Fixing the Charge Circuit of the Batteries of the DC Motor
                    by Astonished
                    Hi friends of electronics

What you see in the video and pictures attached is the circuit for charging the batteries of a DC motor.

The problem is that this circuit cannot charge the batteries (3 1800mAH NiMH batteries) any more. When the circuit was OK, its green LEDs lit up one at a time to show that the batteries have charged more. But now that the circuit is flawed, LEDs light up as you see in the video and at the same time successive beeps are heard.

Please help me fix this circuit.

Lenovo L490 Ram voltage circuit malfunction

                    Hello friends,

Looking for some guidance here. The RAM voltage circuit on this motherboard keeps burning out PU301 which is a RT8231AGQW. Copy of the board with the burnt chip attached with some voltage measurements and copy of the schematics also included.

I think I've checked almost every component in the circuit, but when I change the RT8231, the laptop starts I have 1.2V on the inductor for about 10 seconds and then the RT8231 goes south and no more voltage on the inductor. All other voltages on the laptop are good, this is the only one conking out for a reason I...

                    Short Circuit tester

                    Hello.
I have seen a short circuit tester made with 3 * 9V batteries, a voltage limiter component and a resistor connected to the probes of a multimeter.
The theory is that the meter becomes sensitive enough to read very low resistances and the lowest resistance to ground on a circuit is likely to be a short circuit in that area.

MSI B250 Gaming M3 Short circuit in CPU power supply circuit
                    by M1NEBLANK SHOW
Hello. MSI B250 Gaming M3 board, short-circuit on the power supply. Found a problematic mosfet VQ1
(N-PK616BA_PDFN8-HF) soldered it out - short circuit is gone. I replaced VQ1 + VQ5 (N-PK632BA_PDFN8-HF). VQ1 was replaced with PK618. After starting attempt VQ1 is lit again. What can be the problem? In the driver?
