HP AD_ID PIN understanding how it works

So, i have a HP LAPTOP that needs central pin of the specific voltage to be recognized by ite chip as original and correct wattage. My laptop needs around 19v volt and 7 a charger (135 W) and i attached from the schematic Adapter select for EC. The thing is i have only 200 w HP adapter. When i connect it the power led is not showing any light and output on AD_ID 0,56 V. According to the schematic if i replace resistor R5115 17,8k with 100 k resistor, will my laptop work? is that only thing i have to do to be able to power it on with my higher watt adapter?
    thx

That table means "require *at least* the specified power rating".
    A 230 W genuine HP AC adapter that has a 100 kΩ high-side resistor should result in around 1.27 V on AD_ID. 0.56 V sounds like it is something like 90 W.
