Please check my understanding on this resistor

Am I correct that this is a 5ohm power resistor, 5 watt? It's definitely burned and reading Open Line (OL).

Thank you. I did replace the power resistor, plugged it in and it blew. LOL. Replacing the "fuse" doesn't cure the fault with the original circuit.

The resistor just doesn't burn out, you need to repair the power part, eliminate the short circuit....
