check voltage on power switch and battery tarmenal

looks like the chip has 3.3v_aux on pin 8 and 5v_aux on pin 17
and you have on pin 18: 3.35v for enable
but no 3.3v_pwr and 5v_pwr output

so you need to replace the chip if you don't have any external shorts

3.3v_pwr should be on pin 7 and 11
5v_pwr should be on pin 20 and 24
also both images sides are identic except that enc pin 18

check all pins on 3 or 4 you get 3v and also check voltages on bios chip

both 3 and 4 pins are connected to vref which is generated internal in rt8223b
and is 2v (check the datasheet) also he can't have voltage on bios because 3d3v_pwr on pin 7 must be ok.

have problem to with 4752 ..
power on normal with battery ..without battery is no response power on
charging can only do in windows (laptop already on with batt)
charging in non power on laptop, charge led on then off,power button press nothing happen, remove charger, remove batt, install batt ..power on normaly
could be thic power ic broke?

for me to be fast in trouble shooting replace the power ic then check again....
the voltage....

RT8223A is compatible with TPS 51125A which is more common, try replacing it

i have the same model of unit but my problem is that the mobo cant detect hdd and odd.,i check the power supply for the hdd and i read it only 3v..,can someone help me on this problem..

Pin 8 and pin 17 are 3.3v& 5v VEGR check
