Led White screen problem

I have a NCL50 - LA-6121P(hannstar) motherboard. Lcd data cable was broken. So i fixed cable and checked with multimeter. Then i attached the cable and powered motherboard. Led panel is full white but external display is ok. I ordered new cable but still same. I tried with 3 different led panels but nothing changed.

Yes. All seems ok. I didnt check the fuses on the panel becuse i tried 3 different panel but all of them showing white.

just check if you get 3.3v at +LCDVDD. Without this voltage, you will only see white screen.

I hardly found schematic then i found +LCDVDD pins. Voltage is showing 2.08V. Any ideas?

Update :

When i removed the cable , lcdvdd pins are giving 3.3V. I think this new cable is broken too.

Had this one the earth screening that runs in the cable is broken.

Had experienced already that sometime VGA chip causes this problem even external display from VGA out is OK.
