Can anyone identify this chip ML=8L and what it does?

My computer is dead and I think this burnt chip might be the cause.

All it says on it is "ML=8L C40" and when I do a google search, there is nothing. I have the schematic (FH5LI LA-J801P Rev:1.0 in boardviewer but it does not give the names and numbers for ANY of the chips.

Anyone else got a better schematic of this board or something that will identify this chip?

Anything with '=' is from Richtek. So search for 'ML= Richtek' on Google and you will get a hit:

High Efficiency Single Synchronous Buck PWM Controller for INTEL VCCIN AUX ICL ,and TGL (richtek.com)

      Excellent thank you.

I just made an enquiry about it and they said it needs programming but I've no idea whats involved.
