oscilloscope sufficient to analyze all points on a laptop motherboard

Is this oscilloscope sufficient to analyze all points on a laptop motherboard? PWM of IC and mosfets for example, or detect communication between super IO for example?

Bandwidth is 200khz (NOT 200 Mhz). Do not recommend to consider this instrument. Review the very in depth reviews and details on EEVBLOG on how to select the best value for any such tool.

Way too slow. Need to consider at least a 50 MHz one for example to be able to measure the 25 MHz clocks properly. 100 MHz preferred, below that are generally devices made way too cheaply and buggy.
