    A1706 820-00239 No power 20v 0.150A

Hi, i'm having problem with board from MacBook a1706, at the beginning it had problem with short on U7100 20v 2.1Amp instant - fixed. Then was a problem with one of CD3215, And short on 3.3 LDO, resolved. Now machine does not start up 20v 0.150amp PMC was getting hot so i removed it no change, then i found problem...

    PP1V0_SUS SHORT
    PP1V0_SUSSW SHORT
When apply 0.8v it consumes 8AMP, not visible shorts, any cap when I apply voltage gets hot thermal camera only detect that.

    Any ideas?

(Question in the other hand if i'd be about to swap NANDs what have to be replaced with them also?)

Check the resistance to ground of these rails. Sounds like a dead cpu. Remove the heat sink to check if the cpu is heating up.

      PPV1V_PCH_REG_R - 0 Ohm
      PP1V0_SUS 0 Ohm
      PP1V0_SUSSW 0 Ohm

Could not locate the first posted net name but did find a P1V0PCH_REG_R. It is important to use the exact net name as found in the schematic for a quick search. This power rail powers the PCH which is part of the CPU. With a zero resistance, this usually means the PCH / CPU is dead. Do wait on other comments but that appears to be the situation here.

You can confirm the same with using DIODE mode on your meter. Red meter probe to ground; black meter probe on the same PPVCCPRIMCORE_SUS_PCH rail to measure. What is the measurement?

Respectively, if you remove the heatsink off the CPU and perform an injection 0v8 on these 0 ohm rails, guessing that the CPU will be heating up due to this short event.
