Soldering an universal inverter lcd for laptop

    From: http://www.ebay.com/itm/251078921946...84.m1497.l2649

According to this page (http://www.lcdparts.net/howto/U_PIN.aspx) I should be looking for a 12v connection. But from original inverter cable connection I measure only 5.1v and 3.3v.

On the original inverter look up the datasheet for the ccfl controller and find out what the minimum voltage is required for it's operation. If it's greater than 5 volts, then you have something wrong with the input voltage.

      It's a 6pin inverter (TBD481NR), I couldn't find its datasheet, I think this is the closest http://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datashe...X1692AIPW.html (9v-22v?)
