What to do after spilling a drink on my laptop keyboard?

A beer was spilled on my laptop and now the Q,W,E, and A keys don't work at all. I've had to purchase a seperate USB keyboard but I'd like to have the laptop keyboard repaired so that I can have the freedom to bring it to class and take notes. The laptop is still under warranty. Would Dell possibly repair the keyboard of my laptop if I sent it in? Or am I just going to have to stick with seperate USB keyboards?

I suspect this is spam - please remove the picture.
You should not be using the laptop unless you have dismantled it and thoroughly cleaned and dried the inside - shouldnt think that Dell would replace under warranty - Home insurance?
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

      Laptop external keyboard?
      by Hondaman
Can I use an external keyboard with a modern (as of this post) laptop from, say, Dell?

I am worried about durability because I am a cheap, frugal person. I suspect an external keyboard would extend the life of the laptop. I have always been a desktop person, since my AMD 386DX-40, and I really don't know about laptops (though the current Dell products look like they are fanless, which eliminates a big failure point).

(Also I prefer the "clicking" "Unicomp" keyboard, which is still made an hour or two away from me in Lexington KY, using the same equipment...

MSI GF63 THIN 11UCX (MS-16R6) LAPTOP WON'T TURN ON AFTER RESTARTING
      by RdeveLabs
      To all the members here...

Let me tell you a little bit about what happened to my laptop (MSI GF63 THIN 11UCX model: MS-16R6) that “maybe” you know how to solve this problem.

So before this problem happened, my laptop was running smoothly. When I wanted to restart my laptop, it looked fine at first. But after I waited for this restart process to take a long time, until finally I panicked (because the restart process did not finish plus the laptop screen only showed a black screen), I immediately pressed and held the power button to force the laptop to turn off. But...

820-02020 Super Weird Issue: Keyboard Input Character Map "Wrong"?
      by ugamazing
So, I have a really bizarre issue that I'm struggling to identify the cause of. Working on an 820-02020 board with some bizarre keyboard/input-source character mapping. My suspicion is a possible damaged SPI ROM (U1970), perhaps, but I'm really not sure in this case:

      1. The issue is pretty weird, but when installing MacOS, I noticed my WiFi password did not work. I quickly realized the special characters (!@#$%^& etc) were not mapping correctly.

      2. I noticed the keyboard layout/input-source is defaulting to JAPANESE every single time I restore the board. I am not...
